Do you take insurance?

Welcoming Wellness Counseling does not currently take insurance. In order to have your insurance company pay for your therapy, Kyle has to give you a Mental Disorder Diagnosis. Depending on your insurance plan and company, Kyle will have to write several reports indicating that you are still struggling from a Mental Disorder. In order for the insurance company to continue to pay, the report needs to show that you are still ill, although getting better, but not cured yet. This Mental Disorder Diagnosis will continue to show on your health records, potentially making it more expensive or more difficult to get health insurance in the future.

Welcoming Wellness Counseling has also found that insurance companies only pay for a limited amount of sessions throughout the year which may not coordinate with your personal needs or goals. Kyle wants to be able to continue therapy with clients as long as the need is there and insurance plans may hinder this ability.

If you would like to discuss payment plans, please feel free to call Welcoming Wellness Counseling directly.
